HR Executive (Generalist)

Role Overview: As an HR & Admin Executive (Generalist) with 2 to 3 years of experience, you are responsible for efficiently managing HR and administrative operations. You excel in handling end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data, responding to employee queries, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting performance management, drafting HR letters, and facilitating recruitment processes. Additionally, you oversee day-to-day office administration, IT asset management, ticket bookings, and liaising with service providers for various operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes - Maintain HR data accurately - Respond to employee queries - Oversee statutory compliance - Assist in performance management - Draft HR letters - Support recruitment processes - Manage day-to-day office administration - Handle IT asset management - Coordinate ticket bookings - Liaise with service providers for various operations Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate degree - MBA in HR or equivalent preferred - 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist and admin roles - Proficiency in MS Office and HR/administrative tools - Strong multitasking abilities - Efficient data management skills - Knowledge of IT asset management and basic bookkeeping is an added advantage Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
