HR Executive Fresher

Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers. On-boarding: Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively. Assist in resolving conflicts and mediating disputes. Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing employee files.
