HR Executive fresher

JOB Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and career days

Requirements and skills

• Familiarity with indeed, monster or other resume databases
• Familiar with computer will’s working tools i.e MS Office, email, skype/google meet
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills
• Educational Qualification in the fields of Management i.e Human Resources Management or a similar field

Industrial Training

• non-paid, 4 months of Industrial training will provide
• Every two months, we have a screening test to promote paid training (stipend)
• after training, we will hire a candidate as junior administrative staff with a salary range of 7500 to 18K per month as per performance
• Working hours : 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
