HR Executive ( Female)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resource Executive to manage and optimize our recruitment lifecycle. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Designation: Human Resource Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Ganesh Meridian, S.G. Highway)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related fields.
• Should have knowledge in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments. (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and extend offer)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Should have knowledge of Job boards like Naurki, TimesJob, Foundit, Indeed and other.
• Knowledge of Linkedin sourcing tools & methodologies and other social media tools will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in using recruitment technology & tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation & convincing skills
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
