Job Description

  • Handle all statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as joining, resignation, and exit formalities.
  • Process employee benefits, exemptions, and reimbursements accurately.
  • Manage biometric access, issue ID cards, and maintain updated MIS records.
  • Prepare appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related data and reports.
  • Handle Shops & Establishments compliance and submit KYC data to PF consultants on a monthly basis.
  • Manage full and final settlements, ensuring timely calculation and release of dues, incentives, and benefits such as gratuity and LTA.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly MIS and statutory compliance reports.
  • Handle employee loans and advances.
  • Support the Senior Manager Payroll in day-to-day HR and payroll activities.
