We're Hiring: HR Executive – Employee Relations

Location: On-site | Rohini, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional who specialise in handling employee grievances, resolving workplace conflicts, and managing PF or policy-related queries. This is a dedicated Employee Relations role, with no involvement in recruitment, onboarding, or payroll.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, grievance handling, or HR generalist responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and basic HR policies
• Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining trackers and generating reports
• A calm, solution-oriented, and confidential approach to handling sensitive situations
