Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
  • Assist in training and development programs for employees.
  • Support payroll, leave, and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a consultancy or staffing environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,834.72 - ₹10,161.55 per month
