Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support administrative responsibilities. Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Post job openings on relevant portals and manage social media hiring.
• Maintain a candidate database and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Issue offer letters and track joining.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and HRMIS updates.
• Coordinate induction for new joiners.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and office administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment; experience in the construction/infrastructure sector is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
