Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Issue offer letters, collect documents, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
Handle attendance management, leave records, and monthly HR reports.
Manage confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle documentation.

3. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Address employee queries and support grievance redressal.

4. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Support audits and maintain compliance documentation.

5. Payroll Coordination

Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs.
Validate attendance, leave, and other salary-related data.

6. Training & Development

Support L&D activities, training schedules, and feedback collection.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
