Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Handle disciplinary proceedings, grievances, and employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner. Oversee payroll administration, processing, and management to ensure accurate payment of salaries on time. Ensure legal compliance by handling IR issues related to industrial relations, wages, and other relevant laws. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of contract labour management principles and practices under various labor laws (e.g., Factories Act). Proficiency in handling payroll administration tasks including processing payments through SAP or similar systems.
