Job description Job Title: HR Operations and Generalist Location: Hyderabad Reports To: HR Manager/HR Director Job Summary: The HR Operations and Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations and supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee HR operations, including HR systems, documentation, and employee records. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and transitions, ensuring compliance. Process HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, and benefits enrollment. Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and ensure legal compliance. Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns effectively. Assist in performance management, reviews, and employee development. Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs and conducting interviews. Administer payroll, benefits, and manage employee leave and attendance. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable laws and prepare necessary reports. Preferred Skills: MBA HR graduate Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration. Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools. Preferred North Indian Looking for Immediate Joiner
