Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management for our fast-paced digital marketing team. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for roles like SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, etc.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves.
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and monthly check-ins.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
  • Performance & Policy Management:
  • Assist in setting KPIs for digital teams.
  • Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as per industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

  • English (Preferred)
