HR Employee Services Specialist

You will be supporting HR processes by providing services to Amdocs employees, managers, and HR teams. Your role will involve coordinating events and activities to promote the employee experience and enable flawless and efficient end-to-end HR processes. You will act as a "sensor" to the Field HR, proactively raising flags when necessary. Handling ongoing activities within a specific unit, including budget allocation and prioritization, will be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date on legal and professional issues is essential to improve and update relevant activities. Applying knowledge and expertise of the most updated processes and tools in day-to-day interactions with employees will be key. Providing solutions customized in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets and implementing HR policies, processes, and activities in a vibrant environment are crucial aspects of your role. Crafting, generating, and presenting reports that support organizational processes, facilitating ongoing improvement, updating and maintaining data of various HR systems, and issuing reports and analyses in support of ongoing monitoring and decision-making will be part of your duties. Planning and handling operational aspects of HR processes and activities from initiation to execution, along with ensuring all necessary facilities are in place for relevant activities, will also be your responsibility. - Bachelor's degree holder - Proven experience in customer-facing roles - Previous experience in operational roles - Familiarity with Amdocs and Amdocs systems - Experience working with various partners (internal and external) - Solid experience in planning, leading, and executing complex projects and events for EC and CR roles - Experience working with external associations for CR representatives is advantageous You will love this job for the opportunity to work with multifaceted HR professionals at the back-end and gain a better understanding of different HR facets.
