HR Data Analyst

As an HR Analyst (Data Analysis and Data Visualization) at Omnicom Global Solutions, you will be responsible for collecting and consolidating data from multiple platforms. You will use statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive insights, perform predictive analytics, and create visually appealing reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or Employee Experience.
