HR Cum Sales Executive

Responsible to handle End to End Recruitment starting from sourcing candidates from job portals and other resources, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow -up till joining. Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the management for the smooth functioning of the operations. Should have knowledge about Job portals and different recruitment methods Ability to understand the needs of the organisation and develop new Plans Able to think out of the box, and work apart from the traditional Recruitment process End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled. Other Criteria: – Smart and active Good Communication Skills Fluent in English Age below 30 years We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (1-3 years) to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
