Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Role: · Understand the job requirements from managers. · Post job openings on websites, social media, and other channels. · Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. · Conduct interviews and coordinate with managers. · Select the best candidates and make job offers. · Assist new employees with onboarding and orientation. · Maintain records of all recruitment activities. · Build a pool of potential candidates for future openings. · Follow up with candidates during the hiring process. · Keeping accurate records of employee details, attendance, leaves, and HR documents. · Assisting with salary processing and related documentation · Monitoring employee attendance and leave records. · Assisting new employees with joining formalities. · Managing exit processes and documentation for departing employees. .
