HR Cum Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:
IIFT Bhopal is looking for an HR cum Academic Counselor to help guide students in choosing courses, manage student placements, and support HR tasks. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills who can turn inquiries into enrollments and assist with student placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Counseling: Assist walk-in and call inquiries, guide students in course selection, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Human Resources: Help with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
• Student Placement: Connect students with job opportunities, coordinate interviews and track placement outcomes.
• Administrative Support: Handle office tasks, manage supplies, and support events and workshops.

Prerequisites:

• Female Candidate Only
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Educational Background: CBSE / ICSE Preferred
• Experience in Recruitment, counselling and sales.
