HR Core Operations Support Analyst

Role Overview: You will be an HR Core Operations Support Analyst at an intermediate level, responsible for providing operations support services in coordination with the HR Operations - Core Team. Your main objective will be to provide day-to-day operations support aligned with Citi HR operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquiries, as needed - Execute work assigned such as processing employee requests related to HR services - Act as a liaison to the business for work assignments by asking fact-finding questions, following up on open items, and assisting with the resolution/delivery of requests - Conduct needs assessment and update or develop content solutions according to business requirements - Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and other open items related to the business, including policy gaps and changes - Monitor work progression to ensure completion of assignments by the requested due date - Ensure consistent application of team process controls - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 0-2 years relevant experience with a background in HR operations - Working knowledge and experience in using ServiceNow and HR human capital management systems - Understanding of HR processes and/or disciplines in large multinational institutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience *Note: This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
