As an HR Coordinator/HR Generalist in Hyderabad with 1 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Facilitate effective communication and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience. - Maintain and update employee records for Group Medical, Accidental, and Life Insurance (additions, deletions, corrections). - Support talent development initiatives and community-building activities. - Oversee Hyderabad office administration, including ID/access cards, accommodation, and asset allocation. - Provide recruitment support as needed. - Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services. - Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks efficiently. - Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including timesheet coordination. - Conduct one-on-one employee interactions to gather feedback and address concerns.
