We are currently seeking a Co-Founder for our company, located in New Delhi, with the added perk of some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-Founder at Flow Talks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and execution. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product development, devising effective marketing strategies, driving user acquisition, and spearheading community building efforts. Working in close collaboration with other team members, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the company. This role is open to college students as well, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic startup environment. Qualifications: - Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills - Proven experience in product development and project management - Proficiency in marketing, user acquisition, and community-building strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Passion for creating meaningful connections between individuals - Prior experience with startups or in a similar role would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply),
