Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Compliance Incharge located in Tiruppur. The role involves overseeing HR management activities, implementing HR policies, managing personnel operations, and ensuring compliance with employee benefits programs. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with local and organizational guidelines, coordinating employee relations, and handling documentation related to HR processes.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience in HR Management and development of HR policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
