HR Business Partner (L&D)

You are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR LMS & Partner Portal Specialist to oversee and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) and Partner Portal. In this role, your responsibilities will include managing training content, ensuring platform operations run smoothly, engaging internal employees and external partners, and driving platform adoption to meet organizational objectives. For the Learning Management System (LMS), you will be responsible for administering and managing the system, managing user access, assigning courses, and generating reports. You will collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to design and update training content, track learning progress, and provide technical support to troubleshoot any LMS-related issues. Ensuring compliance training deadlines are met is also crucial. Regarding the Partner Portal, you will manage user onboarding and access for external partners, maintain updated content and resources, and act as the primary contact for partner queries. Monitoring portal engagement, analyzing analytics, and suggesting improvements will be part of your responsibilities. You will also work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. Additionally, you will provide general HR support by assisting with learning, engagement, and partner enablement initiatives, as well as participating in communication, training, and knowledge-sharing programs. Collaboration with IT and vendors for system enhancements and integrations will also be required. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, with a background in Back Office domain.
