Job Description

- Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.

- Responsible for creating employee ID card and Include the new employee ID in HR software for attendance purpose.

- Maintaining the personal file for each employee.

- Maintaining the employee leave card activities.

- Monitor the implementation of the ERP system.

- Co-ordinate Training and development activities.

- Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Sr. Manager.

- Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.

- Monitoring and controlling of Time Office Management.

- Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedure.

- Responsible for housekeeping & 5S.

- Collecting PF Withdrawal form for the left employees and following the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
