HR Assistant

As an HR Generalist at our Nashik location, you will play a critical role in various HR functions to support the organization's overall success. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation and maintenance of employee documentation, including offer letters, joining forms, and personal files. It will also be your responsibility to maintain employee records and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the onboarding and induction processes, providing new employees with a smooth transition into the organization. Collaboration with different departments for HR-related requirements will be essential, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for HR specialization. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with candidates, employees, and various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required to handle documentation and data management efficiently. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of HR experience, with a preference for freshers who have completed HR internships.
