As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties. This includes compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies, processing documentation related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations, and coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys while ensuring accurate minutes are taken.
