Job Description

You will be responsible for recording and maintaining the attendance of employees, as well as keeping track of joining reports and leave details. Your duties will include preparing the attendance sheet for salary calculation and managing office stationery by planning, monitoring, issuing, and maintaining adequate supplies. Additionally, you will assist the HR manager in the recruitment process and will be involved in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. You will also be required to prepare various minutes of meetings and assist in collecting various employee reports. Any other general office duties of an administrative nature may be assigned by the Managing Director or HR Manager. This position is open to female candidates with an MBA in HR residing within 15 km from Angamaly. The ideal candidate should be married, settled, and aged between 35-45. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person. Benefits offered include health insurance and Provident Fund. Prior experience of at least 1 year in HR is required for this role.,
