HR and Social Media Executive

We are seeking a proactive and creative HR and Social Media Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities and building a strong online presence for our brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports
• Ensure HR policies and practices are followed

Social Media & Branding:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create engaging content for posts, stories, and campaigns
• Schedule posts and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals and messaging
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
