HR and Admin Executive - West Mogappair - HVAC Projects Concern

• *Recruitment*: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• *Employee Relations*: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• *Office Management*: Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
• *HR Policies*: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• *Experience*: 5-6 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a project-based industry.
• *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certifications advantageous.
• *Skills*:
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  

• *Salary*: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
