Job Description

As an HR Advisory Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders in the Talent & HR Practice - HR Analytics field. With 1-3 years of experience and a qualification in Any Graduation, you will be part of the global workday center of excellence team. Your roles and responsibilities will include Mass Data Uploads & Integrations, Data Preparation, Data Audits & Compliance, Regular Audits, Reporting, User Assistance, System Maintenance, Data Validation, Custom Reporting, and Issue Resolution. You will work closely with IT and HRIS teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into Workday, develop custom reports to monitor key HR metrics, and provide insights to clients as needed.
