Job Description: HR-Admin Generalist Location: (Thoraipakam) Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time / (WFO) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR-Admin Generalist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administrative functions, with a proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. • Maintain employee records and HR databases. • Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. • Support performance management and appraisal processes. • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). • Coordinate training and development initiatives. Administration: • Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination. • Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment. • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Maintain documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
