Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Admin Manager to join our team in Mumbai City. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 8,00,000 and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR generalist activities and compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, ensuring adherence to labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, fostering effective communication.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and promote a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities, labour laws, and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
