Job Description

.We are hiring HR Admin (Male) !

Location - Konganapuram, Salem. (Candidates from Salem & Erode preferred)

Qualification

  • 4 yrs of experience as HR Admin.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and processing expense forms.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Support the payroll department with employee data (like leave information) and assist with benefits administration.
  • Manpower Handling: Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, issues, and inquiries.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides, help revise company policies, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and update all personnel files and internal databases, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
