Job Description

As a skilled HR professional, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Staffing: - Posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates. - Coordinating with hiring managers to assess manpower needs and facilitate the recruitment process effectively. - Conducting onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Employee Records & Documentation: - Maintaining accurate employee files and HR databases for record-keeping purposes. - Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and other relevant documentation as required. Attendance & Leave Management: - Monitoring and managing employee attendance and leave records efficiently. Performance Management: - Coordinating performance appraisals and feedback sessions to evaluate employee performance. - Maintaining performance records and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking. Employee Engagement: - Organizing team-building activities, training sessions, and celebrations to foster a positive work environment. - Addressing employee grievances and ensuring a harmonious workplace atmosphere. Office Management: - Ensuring the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the office premises. - Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support smooth operations. Facility & Vendor Management: - Coordinating with vendors for services such as housekeeping, IT support, security, etc. - Managing contracts and negotiations with service providers to ensure efficient service delivery. Travel & Accommodation: - Booking travel, hotels, and arranging logistics for employee visits or meetings. Asset Management: - Tracking company assets like laptops, mobile phones, furniture, etc., to maintain an accurate inventory. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the HR function, contributing to the overall success of the organization by managing various HR operations effectively.,
