You will be responsible for various HR functions including Recruitment & Staffing, Employee Records & Documentation, Attendance & Leave Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Office Management, Facility & Vendor Management, Travel & Accommodation, and Asset Management. - **Recruitment & Staffing:** - Posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews. - Coordinating with hiring managers for manpower needs. - Onboarding and induction of new employees. - **Employee Records & Documentation:** - Maintaining employee files and HR databases. - Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, etc. - **Attendance & Leave Management:** - Monitoring employee attendance and leave records. - **Performance Management:** - Coordinating performance appraisals and feedback sessions. - Maintaining performance records and KPIs. - **Employee Engagement:** - Organizing team-building activities, training sessions, celebrations. - Resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment. - **Office Management:** - Ensuring cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the office premises. - Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory. - **Facility & Vendor Management:** - Coordinating with vendors for services like housekeeping, IT support, security, etc. - Managing contracts and negotiations with service providers. - **Travel & Accommodation:** - Booking travel, hotels, and arranging logistics for employee visits or meetings. - **Asset Management:** - Keeping track of company assets like laptops, mobile phones, furniture, etc.,
