HR & Admin Executive/Admin HR

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting exit interviews, planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR-related documentation, and basic office management activities like time office management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Conduct exit interviews. - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Handle HR-related documentation and record-keeping. - Perform basic office management activities including time office management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle pressure effectively.
