HR & Admin Executive

As a Billing Engineer at AR Thermosets Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for various tasks related to billing and project coordination for the PMGSY project. Your role will involve: - Preparing, checking, and verifying contractors bills according to project specifications. - Maintaining and updating billing records, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and work progress reports. - Coordinating with project and accounts teams to ensure seamless billing processes. - Generating RA bills, final bills, and certifying the work completed. - Ensuring adherence to project guidelines and company policies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. - At least 4-6 years of experience in billing for road/highway projects (PMGSY experience is preferred). - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software. - Strong communication and documentation skills.
