Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Admin cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu . Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist visitors in filling out the required forms. Maintain a daily visitor log and share updates with the management. Administrative Duties: Manage student batches, attendance records, and provide support to students when required. Supervise and ensure that housekeeping staff complete their duties on time. Coordinate with vendors for office requirements (laptops, AC maintenance, WiFi, etc.). General Support: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism. Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized at all times. Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, as required. Requirements: Communication : Good command of English and Telugu, both spoken and written. Appearance : Well-groomed, presentable, and professional. Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain active throughout the day. Organized : Maintain logs and records efficiently. Problem-solving : Actively resolve any issues related to vendors, office facilities, or visitor queries. Basic MS word and Excel Desired Qualities: Friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
