Job Title: Housekeeping Trainer, Airport Operations Location: Devanahalli Airport, Bangalore Experience: 4-6 years in housekeeping operations, preferably in airport or corporate environments Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Trainer to join our team for airport operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, hands-on experience with corporate clients, and the ability to lead, train, and manage a team of around 150 housekeeping staff . The trainer will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and service standards and ensuring adherence to airport safety and cleanliness protocols. Key Responsibilities: Conduct induction and regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on airport hygiene standards, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols. Supervise and manage housekeeping operations across all designated airport zones. Ensure all housekeeping staff follow SOPs, quality standards, and client expectations. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvement plans. Train staff on the proper use of equipment, cleaning materials, and chemicals. Maintain documentation of training schedules, attendance, and progress reports. Liaise with airport authorities and corporate clients to understand and deliver customized service levels. Manage shift schedules and manpower allocation efficiently for optimal coverage. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance. Requirements: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in airport or large corporate environments. Proven experience managing and training large teams (100+ personnel). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of modern housekeeping practices, airport safety regulations, and customer service standards.
