Housekeeping support

As a Housekeeping Staff at Aditi India, your responsibilities will include: - Checking the meeting and board rooms daily - Performing housekeeping tasks such as table cleaning, seating arrangement, floor carpet cleaning, dust bin cleaning, TV cleaning, phone cleaning & sanitizing, white and flip chart board dusting - Ensuring ACs, lights, and power sockets are in working condition - Checking and ensuring the functionality of VC, speaker phones, and remotes - Verifying the availability of white board markers and duster - Providing support to the Functional coordinator when required - Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of all workstations, AC, and lights on the floor - Maintaining cafeteria cleanliness and checking the water dispenser, coffee vending machine, and microwave - Collecting and surrendering visitor access cards - Providing general support to Functional Heads - Checking paper availability in the Xerox machine and the shredding bin - Coordinating mail desk activities - Handling material movement, gate pass, internal movement, and couriering T&E, travel claims, and vendor bills to APU - Collecting materials and bills from vendors - Supporting Management & Team meetings with beverage and lunch arrangements - Arranging mikes and projectors for events like Town hall, Quiz, etc. - Checking and updating stock registers - Managing visitor arrangements including water jug/glasses, tissue box, sanitizer, spike buster, and arranging beverage/lunch based on requirements Qualifications required: - Minimum 12th Standard qualification with English proficiency for managing daily and client/stack holder meetings - Ability to understand commands - At least 3 years of housekeeping experience Please note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
