Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry personnel.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
Assign duties and make work schedules for housekeeping staff.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; report shortages to the housekeeping manager.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain records of room status, daily attendance, and maintenance needs.
Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
Report lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in housekeeping, supervisory role in a hotel.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
