1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently met across all areas.
2. Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety standards.
3. Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain high-quality service and operational efficiency.
4. Manage inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage.
5. Handle guest or staff complaints related to cleanliness professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and standards.
