Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Vythiri. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the resort. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, checking and releasing rooms for arrivals, managing laundry services, conducting regular inspections, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and Housekeeping skills
• Experience in Laundry management
• Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
• Capability in training and leading a team
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury resort settings is advantageous
