About the Role:
We are looking for a well-experienced Housekeeping Supervisor (Male or Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and be capable of managing and guiding a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across all areas of the resort
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain high standards
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to ensure consistency and quality
• Manage housekeeping inventory and track usage of cleaning supplies and linen
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel/resort setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and best practices
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
