Job Description

Lead & schedule housekeeping team: Assign tasks, plan rosters for retreats or events, oversee 3–10 staff members Housing & Hospitality
Quality inspections: Regularly inspect all areas—bedrooms, living spaces, pantry, gardens—for luxury‑level cleanliness and maintenance needs
Inventory & procurement: Monitor linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment; issue items to staff and reorder as needed Indeed
Training & standards compliance: Educate team on safe chemical use, proper cleaning techniques, and household etiquette Housing & Hospitality
Owner/guest requests: Handle special instructions discreetly—setup rooms, laundry, guest amenities—and resolve any feedback promptly foundit
Coordinate vendors & maintenance: Report repair issues; manage external services (laundry, pest control, gardening) for smooth operations achieve hospitality
Administrate & report: Maintain attendance, task logs, inventory usage; prepare periodic summaries and suggest improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
