Housekeeping Supervisor

Urgently required a "Housekeeping Supervisor"
for Delhi/NCR location

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage housekeeping operations. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and standards are met.
• Assign daily duties and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Handle staff performance issues and provide necessary guidance or corrective measures.
• Report maintenance and repair needs to the relevant department.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and supplies usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest or client complaints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety protocols.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling (preferred).

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Diploma in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
