Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the daily cleaning and upkeep of our 34-room corporate hotel. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to lead a small housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
• Check rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are met
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their work
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
• Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and special guest requests
• Report maintenance issues to the concerned department or manager
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly
• Maintain records such as room status, staff attendance, and cleaning checklists
• Train new housekeeping staff when needed

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with some supervisory experience preferred
• Able to read and communicate in basic English and Hindi/Telugu
• Good leadership and time management skills
• Should be familiar with cleaning processes and hotel housekeeping standards
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
