Housekeeping Supervisor : Hotel

Summary:
Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring clean, hygienic, and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas in the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Conduct room inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and daily task allocation.
• Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and inventory control.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards
• Team supervision and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Good communication and guest-handling ability
• Experience in hotel/resort housekeeping preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
