Housekeeping Supervisor

A housekeeping supervisor oversees housekeeping staff and operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety standards are consistently met in various facilities like hotels or hospitals. Key duties include training and supervising staff, managing inventory, assigning and inspecting cleaning tasks, coordinating with other departments, and handling guest concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management:Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, conduct performance evaluations, and address conflicts within the team.
• Quality Assurance:Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Inventory Management:Monitor, maintain, and order supplies, equipment, and linens to ensure efficient operations.
• Task Delegation:Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to staff and ensure their timely and efficient completion.
• Guest Services:Respond to guest requests and complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensure staff follow safety protocols, hygiene standards, and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Interdepartmental Coordination:Collaborate with departments like maintenance and the front desk to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Problem Solving:Address operational issues, maintain a safe work environment, and implement improvements to the department's services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
