Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is in charge of managing the daily activities of the housekeeping team in a hotel. This includes supervising staff, making sure guest rooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas are clean and well-maintained, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The supervisor ensures all tasks are completed on time, efficiently, and meet the hotel’s quality standards.
