Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment within the assigned facility. This role ensures all areas are cleaned to organizational standards and supports a safe and pleasant experience for guests, residents, or employees. Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture. Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal. Refill supplies such as soap, tissue, cleaning materials, etc. Inspect areas for cleanliness and report maintenance issues. Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Handle cleaning equipment responsibly and report defects. Assist with laundry tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of guests/residents.
